Delivery, artwork & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. One-off artwork setup is £25.00, waived on orders over £1,000. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any variation is confirmed in your quotation.
A coordinated team does not need to wear one identical cut. Request the fit your colleagues prefer and compare the selected manufacturer's measurements with an existing well-fitting polo. If ordering alongside other polo styles, flag that matching colours and logo heights matter, because these details need checking across the separate garments.
Fabric and finish
Compare the final fabric composition, weight, neckline and care instructions. A colour name or a general garment description does not identify a single manufacturer specification. If you have an existing uniform to match, include its label, product code or a clear reference in your enquiry.
Sizes, fit and quantities

Branding and artwork
Send your logo and preferred chest, sleeve or back position. Embroidery and print need to be considered with the actual fabric, seams and design. Fine lettering, large graphics and different garment colours may require different treatment. We confirm the method and placement with your quotation.
