Will I speak to a real person?
Yes. Our approach is personal: explore the products here, then speak with our team about your requirements. We do not use chatbots or automated sales conversations.
Can we talk before choosing products?
Absolutely. You do not need a complete specification to start a conversation. Tell us about your team, the task and what you want to achieve.
Can you supply businesses outside Kent?
Yes. Our standard UK delivery charge is £10.00 on orders of £400 or less, with free UK delivery on orders over £400. Any agreed variation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Can you embroider or print our company logo?
Yes. Our one-off artwork setup fee is £25.00, with no artwork setup fee on orders over £1,000. Reusing the same unchanged approved artwork does not incur another setup fee. Garment decoration is priced separately in your quotation.
Do we need to order a minimum quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, manufacturer and decoration method. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we can check suitable options.
Can we request several product types together?
Yes. You can include clothing, hi-vis, PPE and first aid in one enquiry. We will clarify pricing and any separate delivery arrangements in your quotation.
Do you offer trade accounts and repeat orders?
DnA intends to support repeat business purchasing, including saved product specifications and approved branding. Any credit terms would require separate approval and are not automatically offered.
How quickly can you deliver?
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We confirm the expected timing, availability and artwork requirements for your specific order before you commit.
How do you ensure PPE is suitable?
Products must be selected against the workplace risk assessment and relevant safety requirements. We will seek manufacturer specifications and conformity information where applicable; customers remain responsible for assessing suitability for their use.
What are your delivery and artwork charges?
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. Artwork setup is £25.00 as a one-off charge, waived on orders over £1,000. Any individual arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Our standard business policy allows returns of unused, unbranded goods within 14 days of delivery. Customised items are not normally returnable for a change of mind; faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately. Consumer rights remain unaffected.
