What to consider
State expected exposure, duration and any required weather-protection standard so the correct system can be selected.
Sizes, specification and quantities
Share the size breakdown, quantities and any required performance. Exact product details and suitability are confirmed before you commit.
Delivery, artwork & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. One-off artwork setup is £25.00, waived on orders over £1,000. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any variation is confirmed in your quotation.
For a jacket-and-overtrouser enquiry, describe the exposure and the clothes worn beneath both pieces. Include any required weather standard, preferred fastening and how the trousers will be put on over footwear. Tell us whether the jacket and trousers need separate size breakdowns, rather than assuming every wearer takes the same size in both.
Construction and working conditions
Describe the conditions, duration outside and normal activity level. Then compare the final construction, lining, fastening, pockets and care requirements. Water resistance, waterproofness, wind performance and thermal properties are separate product details to verify; they should not be inferred from the garment image.
Sizes, fit and quantities
Consider the complete layers worn underneath and the room needed for reaching, sitting or bending. Provide separate size breakdowns where a clothing system contains more than one piece. Ask to compare the selected size chart with your existing outerwear.
Branding and artwork
Decoration must suit the final fabric and construction. Tell us the intended position and send the logo before agreeing the method. Pockets, panels and any weather-performance requirements can affect the available area and how a garment should be decorated.
