What to consider
Provide the task, colour, sizes and required safety standard. Certification, visibility class, permitted decoration and any rail-specific requirements must be checked against the exact variant.
Sizes, specification and quantities
Share the size breakdown, quantities and any required performance. Exact product details and suitability are confirmed before you commit.
Delivery, artwork & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. One-off artwork setup is £25.00, waived on orders over £1,000. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any variation is confirmed in your quotation.
A pocketed vest can help organise an identification badge or small work essentials, but choose the pocket layout around what is actually carried. Include the clothing underneath and the required visibility class. If a large back identity is needed, ask for the allowable decoration area before artwork is set to a final size.
Visibility specification and garment system
Provide the required visibility standard or class, work environment, preferred colour and any additional protective requirement. The exact model, colour and size variant need checking together. A garment illustration is not evidence of certification or of a particular class.
Sizes, fit and quantities
Give the size breakdown and describe the other layers worn with the garment. Include whether items must function as a clothing system and any site-specific sizing or fastening requirement. The final manufacturer size chart and certified variants are checked before agreement.
Branding and artwork
Logo size and placement need checking against the exact selected garment and its decoration restrictions. Send artwork early and identify all requested positions. Ordinary workwear decoration should not be assumed suitable for a visibility or protective garment.
