What to consider
Share your first-aid needs assessment, workforce size and setting. Contents, product expiry and any applicable requirements are confirmed with the chosen items.
Sizes, specification and quantities
Share the size breakdown, quantities and any required performance. Exact product details and suitability are confirmed before you commit.
Delivery, artwork & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £400; £10.00 on orders of £400 or less. One-off artwork setup is £25.00, waived on orders over £1,000. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any variation is confirmed in your quotation.
Use your workplace first-aid needs assessment to describe the setting and provision required. For refills, send the kit inventory and a list of used, missing or expired items rather than choosing a box by appearance. Include any separate eyewash or burns-kit enquiry so the exact contents and expiry information can be confirmed.
Kit contents and replenishment
Send your workplace needs assessment, setting and existing kit inventory. For a refill, list missing, used or expired contents and the quantities needed. Include the existing kit reference where available. The exact contents, pack sizes and expiry information should be checked with the selected supplies.
Quantities and locations
There is no wearer size breakdown for a first-aid kit. Instead, provide the number of people, locations, shifts and kits involved in your needs assessment. Separate main kits, travel kits and individual replenishment items in the enquiry so quantities remain clear.
Identification and marking
Tell us whether kits need labels or identification to distinguish different workplace locations. Any label arrangement should preserve the original product information and instructions. Include access and storage requirements when discussing the kit format.
